We, a team of five just arrived NJP station completing our Dooars Package Tour. Everything was arranged by Denzong Leisure up to satisfactory level. It was our first Dooars Tour with memorable experience. We have never seen such a vast jungle in our life and the tea plantations were endless. We enjoyed open Jeep Safari in Gorumara among chilled morning. Due to fog the visibility was very poor but the experience was sheer thrilling - Jungle Jeep Safari penetrating foggy morning. There was a strange calmness everywhere, even we could hear the falling sound of due drops. We just felled in love with the place and surely will visit again.

Since last 2 years I was planning to visit North Bengal again along with my family. Surfing the internet we booked our Dooars Tour Packages with a travel company from kolkata, also specialized in seo training in kolkata and ppc training in kolkata incorporates our Dooars Tours from their Siliguri local office. We landed at Bagdogra. The car was ready and directly took us to the pre booked resort. This place was so beautiful than can't be described in single word or phrase. For this you have to visit here. During the trip, everything was well arranged. Food, resorts, car, driver was perfect. Don't forget to taste a local fish called "Boroli". It's super tasty. After returning from Jeep Safari in Gorumara Forest in the evening, we enjoyed camp fire with tribal dance from local people. In short, it was a well arranged trip from Denzong

Our Dooars Tours was completed with ultimate happiness. We booked the Dooars Package Tour from Denzong Leisure. We were timely picked up from NJP and reached Lataguri at proper time. The driver was cooperative. In fact any trip can be flawless if the drivers are friendly and helpful. Our Gorumara Jeep safari was awesome. Though we could not see many animals, the entire journey was thrilling. I would suggest wearing musk during jungle tour because the mud road inside jungle is dusty. Our visit to Samsing, Jhalong, Bindu was a scenic journey through out serpentine hilly road. We found Samsing and Jhalong most beautiful. All arrangements from Denzong was perfect from car, resort, food, driver to arrangements of bonfire in the resort, everything was fine. Wish to travel again with Denzong in near future.

I am from Mumbai. I book a Darjeeling package with Denzong Leisure. They offered me to spend a night in Dooars while returning from Darjeeling and I accepted it. Oh my God! What a place. Darjeeling was awesome, but I found it a bit overfills and foggy. On the contrary Dooars is very vivid, tranquil, refreshing green and diversified. Definitely I would regret for not accepting Denzong’s offer. Thank you Denzong. I will certainly book my next Dooars Package Tour from you.

How you can reach Sundarban - Meilleur Holidays

How you can reach Sundarban for Sundarban Package Tour from Kolkata

By Air: There is not any home base airport in Sundarban. The nearest airport is Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata which is just 112 km or 2.30 hrs drive. After deboarding from the flight, tourists need to go to Canning / Basanti / Gosaba or any of the starting points to hire motor launches to reach the core area of Sundarban. If any guest opted for Sundarban Package Tour, the tour operator generally takes care of the whole process i.e. picking up from Airport and then transfers them to any launching ground. The pick-up and drop are done by SUVs or Tempo Traveller or Luxury Coaches, depending upon the group size.

By Rail: Sundarban National Park is well connected by Rail route also. The nearest rail station located near Sunderban is Canning. It is almost 57 km or 1.30 hrs train journey from Kolkata. Every day a bunch of trains runs from Sealdah station to Canning by almost 1-hour interval. It is all EMU coaches with 9 or 12 boogie with nominal comfort. There is no express or luxury sort of train between these two destinations. Heavy rush in this rail route is a common scenario and the journey can be hectic also. Mainly the Sundarban Tour Operators, who frequently organize Sundarban Group Departure Package Tour opt for this route and generally depart in the early morning when passenger rush is minimal.

By Road: Sundarban is mainly visited by roads. There are generally two roadways for Sundarban Tour Package. First one from Kolkata to Sonakhali by Basanti State Expressway. The journey through this road is pleasant and numerous water bodies on both sides for prawn cultivation can be seen. Another way is through Baruipur – Canning State Highway. This road is a straight drive and almost 25 km less than Kolkata – Basanti highway. Many Sundarban Package Tour Operators now a day’s prefer this route as Kolkata – Basanti highway is under major construction. But heavy traffic near Baruipur can be experienced. Both the roads meet near Sonakhali before being divided again in Mother Teresa Junction. From here one road heads towards Godkhali and the other one towards Jharkhali. In terms of safety and comfort, a road journey is best as you can opt for AC transfers and get enough options for a tea break in the middle of your journey.

WaterWay: If you want to add some extra spices to your Sundarban Tour Cuisine, the riverine cruise is the best option. To reach Sundarban, motor launches can be hired at a gentle price. These launch services are available from Namkhana, Sagar Island, Sajnekhali, Sonakhali and Raidighi. Even from Kolkata Babughat or from any river side jetty along the Hooghly River, motorboat or Motor launch can depart for Sundarban Package Tour. There is a Vivada luxury cruise service in Sundarban from Princep Ghat of Kolkata. The MV Paramhamsa, a four-decked cruise with all modern facilities & amenities will take you through the winding rivers and creeks of Sunderban, giving you the chance to explore nature amidst unlimited onboard luxuries. The world-class onboard service with experienced chefs takes care of your appetite with mouth-watering dishes including freshly caught fish, prawn, lobsters, crabs, and other special sea foods from all corners of the world.
